Renewal Information

Please note: You may not renew more than two months in advance of your expiration date.

Online Renewal Option

The online renewal process is a fast and easy way to renew your license, update your address, and statistical information. Five (5) simple steps and you will be able to receive your license promptly and be able to verify your license online within two business days. To renew your license online you will need your license number and the last four digits of your social security number. Payment is made with a credit card or web check.

Timely Paper Renewal

Click on the appropriate link below to view/print a timely (before the license expires) paper renewal form .  Paper renewal  processing time is two weeks.  To avoid any late fees, renewals must be postmarked no later than the last day of the month in which your nursing license expires.

Delinquent Renewal- Late Renewals 1 to 90 days past expiration date.
